Meet Sonic & Sage,
Pure sugar...and twice as sweet! Sisters Sonic and Sage are four months old and hail from an animal shelter in North Carolina. These handsome, tri-color, smooth coat Border Collies are almost identical in appearance. Sonic is smaller with a white collar around her neck and Sage has a wider white stripe down her nose. Sonic is more exuberant and quite the Houdini about getting under, over or through barriers. Sage is a bit quieter and you can see her wheels turning when encountering a problem; she prefers to wait a minute before acting.
They are playful, loving, friendly girls who are instant BFF's with anyone who comes within range of kissing. Prefer to be with people and stay close but are also happy in a pack of dogs. I don't know about children. They come with an on/off switch...one hour on with lots of energy and curiosity and then, like puppies, will nap or go in the crate for quiet time. They do well with the routine we have established.
These puppies have great positive energy and have not exhibited any signs of anxiety or bad behavior (no problem with loud noises). They have lots of confidence and are willing to try anything you suggest. With patience and training, lots of love and attention, these puppies will be the perfect companion. Beware, they still have that Border Collie energy so will do well in a situation with opportunity for lots of exercise and play plus a way to show off their intelligence. Right now the sisters have each other, so if you adopt just one of them you will need to step in as the new full-time companion.
Crate training and house training are progressing well; they have started to learn commands like "off" and "come" and do well on a leash. Sage and Sonic each have a microchip. If you are looking for state-of-the-art love and long-term companionship, one of these Carolina girls are for you!

This puppy is too young to be spayed/neutered. Our adoption fee is $250 each, plus a spay/neuter deposit of $150. You will get the $150 deposit back with proof from your vet when she has been altered. Pups must be altered by 6 months of age.
